I have abandoned using the FrontEnd Manager as the formatting doesn’t work with my template.
I want to filter the backend All Packages listing, right now it only filters by date.
I want a Filter on the Backend All Packages for this page.

Your plug requires individual pages to be created for the Categories I want to see.
Also, it doesn’t look like using this addon allows Document manages to edit the packages. Is that correct?
You test package is using the Page Template. I need the Link Template to show the PDF. Link_with_image List Template.
Nope, doesn’t work. Look at https://adventistfaith.com/ooe-text/.
Thumbs are still coming up as 404.
Hi. This is still an issue. Can you provide a response. ???
Let me know your country or can you VPN to a local node in the states?
Let me know your country and I will unlock.
Nayeem, I will provide a login in a private message.
I am also having issues getting the Accordion add-on loaded. I purchased it and went to the updates page. I selected Install, it says it is successful, but it does not show up on the TinyMCE menu and when I return to the Update page is says to install it again.
Thank you.
When I try to download it from this link you provided, it asks for me to pay for it, even though I am logged in under my Business license ID. Does this add-on require an additional payment?
Using the Advanced Custom Fields I created a new field called documentorderby. Can I use this with the shortcode wpdm_category as the order_by?
If not, how can I use a custom field used within a Package to change the sort order of multiple packages on a web page for visitors?
Hi-
Here is the scenario I am trying to execute.
1) I want to avoid giving the people who are managing the document uploads/updates access to WordPress backend. I need a solution where they can access a specific WordPress page on the front end. These are document administrations, not general users who download documents.
2) I have different departments with document administrators that should only have access to a specific Download Manager category and not see other categories for other users category or documents, again from this Front End function
My understanding from the docs and support forum is that I could set up these administrators with management tools on the Front End. This is different from just general downloading of documents
3) A separate issue is, how do I filter on the backup by category. I don’t see an ability on the Download Manager BACKEND nor what I hope will be the Front End document administration function. I need to see which documents are in a specific category
I hope I am describing my request in a clearer manner.
Thanks!
Hi-
I don’t know if your setup is different than what the production release is, but the page can’t find a reference to $data[‘link_label’]. link_label is not a variable I am aware of and don’t see it as part of the Template maker. I have download_url and download_link. But utilizing your new file with the reference to link_label, nothing shows up in the download column.
Hi-
When I try to change the code above so that the package opens in a new tab/window it breaks to page and nothing shows. Have these instructions changed? I have the Pro Pack. Thanks!
case 'download_link':
echo "<a target="_blank" href='".\WPDM\Package::getDownloadURL($data['ID'])."'>Download</a>";
break;
I have attached screenshots.
