The state/county dropdown is not showing. It should show and be renamed to “State/Province”.
I have all countries enabled and the countries are working.
I checked this issue is happening on all WPDM installs so it is not specific to my site, please apply an update
You just showed how to delete any file via Asset Manager. I know how to delete any file like that. My question is how to delete all the files that aren’t attached to a package. It is impossible to find out if a file is attached to a package just by looking at it from Asset Manager and pressing the delete button doesn’t do that.
HOW to remove existing unlinked files via Asset Manager? The Asset Manager just brings up the folder directory structure so how to remove the UNlinked files that exist already.
I know that, I already said that I have removed them manually. It appears the moderators are not reading my posts…
I was reporting this as a bug, because those FB/Twitter links should NOT show when there are no links specified. It is hassle to remove them manually.
Just try making purchase with no attached file or use the Create Pay Link and you will see the same error.

–> I already set the currency to CAD but the <span> shows USD on the package listing. When the client pays they are charged in CAD. When I use the [currency] template tag it displays blank “$” without any currency when it should be showing the currency I have setup (CAD)
I am not asking how customers can change their billing details that show on invoice.
I am asking how the company details displayed on the invoice from the WPDM store can be changed (currently it is only displaying the website name which is not proper business name).
I have updated it and now the add premium packages addon works. For some reason the WP Download Manager was not showing as “Needs Update” in plugin manager before.
It has been several days, I have sent you already the login details. Your plugin is causing error and crashing the whole site as I described above. Please don’t ignore this
