Ok. I figured out which plugin was stopping it and will make adjustments. I deactivated that plugin and the post went through. I will figure out a work around or whitelist this app.

Thanks for the support.

the front end upload still doesn’t work. I have tried with both an admin account and a standard user account. When I click on the “Select Files” it opens a window to choose a file. When I choose a file, the window disappears but nothing is uploaded. I able to upload a file using the URL file upload function.

The select files option still doesn’t work. You should be able to see the exact same issue by logging in with your account and trying to upload using the front end uploader.

http://www.formsbucket.com/login-form/

That will get you there and you can navigate to the admin settings from there. Thanks.

I seems to have fixed this issue and it was, I believe a conflict that I had in the settings. However, I still can’t upload files using the box on the right of the package creator. Like I said earlier, I can upload a file when using the URL upload feature.

Please help.

Ok. Got the 404 error again, change user in the frontend settings and the add new page came back,

Also, when I used the url function for loading the file in the package, I was able to create the package as expected.

So, is it the file browser settings or the file browser root?

changed the permission in the setting for who can use the frontend. Removed everybody but admin and contributor. I did not get the 404 errors. However, I still can’t load the files in the front end.

I also added all users types back into settings for the frontend and again, the 404 is gone. However, still can’t load the files from the front end.

Trying every thing here.

Here is what some of what is happening. I can go to the dashboard, seems fine. I then in a separate menu link go to frontend upload. I get what is expected, all items, add new, sales, edit profile, logout. Edit profile works fine. Logout doesn’t work, but does not and gives me a 404 page. The add new link gives me the 404 error.

I think I have followed your setup doc, but something is missing.

which template am I changing? Link template or the page template? I have removed everything (both link and page template) with the word download, but the button doesn’t go away.

Yes. This worked for me. However, how do I hide the zip download button on the package display?

I noticed things working correctly last night. My thought is that it was another plugin that caused the issue. I updated a couple plugins and deactivated a few and it cleared the issue. Thanks for your response.

I did do a bulk import but then deleted all of the posts. Every new package is getting the incorrect created dates.
