If file path is correct filesize should not show 0. However if you clear the meta value for meta key __wpdm_package_size, It will recalculate the size again. You also may use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-default-values/ .

There are nothing to add for support, they are independent, but if anything cause issue, it plugin the conflict with other plugin, I need to check it in your installation, please give me temporary wp-admin login info and the url from where I can regenerate and check the issue

We added the feature very recently, and not the feature works fine for add-on update, but still doesn’t work for main plugin update due dir name format, however, we are still working on improvement of the feature, you will be able to update everything from there real soon.

Found it, plugin dir name should be download-manager, but in your installation it is download-manager-2, please rename the dir to download-manager and reactivate plugin

showing fine now, problem was with a dir name PAC-IF051_52B-E which was conflict with a patter match logic, however I’ve adjusted in my side too for next update.

WPDM has nothing to do there, this is handled by wp itself.
Please update wpdm and tinymce button add-on to resolve the issue.
