This is because amp removed javascript from the link, so, for amp create a link template using <a href="[download_url]">[link_label]</a>instead of [download_link]

Probably it is a javascript conflict, you may try disabling bootstrap js from wpdm settings page, if that doesn’t resolve the issue, either you need to disabling any of the conflicting plugin or discuss with an expert to help you closely to resolve the issue.

Sorry, wpdm doesn’t have any such cross site feature. But it can be done through custom coding.

Sorry, no such option is available with tree view short-code.

Did you download again today and updated? if you were updating from v4.5.4 copy you already have, you need to download those again and update.

If file path is correct filesize should not show 0. However if you clear the meta value for meta key __wpdm_package_size, It will recalculate the size again.  You also may use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-default-values/ .

There are nothing to add for support, they are independent, but if anything cause issue, it plugin the conflict with other plugin, I need to check it in your installation, please give me temporary wp-admin login info and the url from where I can regenerate and check the issue
