Just to add: downloaded migration plug in 1.2. When hitting the tab, rotating icon spins and spins, but no change in tab settings area.

We have the same issue here after update to 4.1.9. Individual download drops an empty txt-file. Please fix this or tell me where to fix the code for now. We urgently need our downloads working, this is nothing we can have for several days.
