Hi Tanvir,
do I make myself clear to you? Let me know if anything is unclear.
Thank you

Hi Tanvir,
the hierarchical structure of my categories is already set, i already have a structure with categories and subcategories.
The problem is when i try to import a package, because in the csv file i can’t indicate subcategories.
Moreover, i have some subcategories with the same name but different parent categories, so i can’t indicate only subcategory in the csv file. I need to indicate the entire hierarchy path of categories.
This is a huge problem for me because i have more than 6.000 packages and a lot of categories and subcategories so i better need a solution for this.

Hello Nayeem,
what i need it’s not a default value for all the packages.
I may need to show the packages of a specific category to “Users B” and the packages of another category to “Users C”.
Anyway i need to set the right “allow access” in all packages of a category, one by one.
Is there another way to have this result?
Thank you
Hello Nayeem,
sorry but i don’t understand.
For example: i would like to hide the entire “Category A” (so all the packages in it) for the users with role “Users B”. So in [ Download –> Categories –> edit “Category A” –> section “Access” ] i tick only “Users B”.
After this, what i have to do in packages options at the voice “Allow Access”?
– If i leave it blank, the “Category A” shows its packages to all users (so also “Users B”), so it doesn’t work.
– If i select “Users B”, the “Category A” shows its packages only to “Users B”, so it works well; but this means that i have to set it in all my packages one by one? There isn’t another way to do that?
Thank you
Hello,
yes, if i reupload the image the issue gets resolved.
I upload the packages by import, now i got a better look at my import file and i think i found the mistake.
Anyway, thank you for your quick response.
