Hello, I just purchased the Amazon S3 plugin for Download Manager.
I entered my Access Key ID and Secret Access Key in Settings.
When I go to the package I want to select a download file from my Amazon bucket (already uploaded through Amazon S3 website), but when I select the new button: “SELECT FROM AMAZON S3” all I see is a popup window that says: “Loading Items…” and it does not show anything.
I need to be able to connect my existing S3 bucket to the Download Manager and select a file from it for the package. How do I do this?

Hi ok I finally got it to work…
The problem was that on the Settings page the label says USERNAME — but it is the E-MAIL you need to enter for login.
Hello, Still no reply from you or anyone else — purchased on November 17th, it is now December 7. The login does not work for the plugin.
I can send login info again privately to the site with Constant Contact credentials, but I tested this a few times. It simply does not connect.
So I see the Constant Contact button on the left panel now. That is good.
But when I enter my login credentials for Constant Contact (User Name and Password) I see the error on the top of. the page:
You are not connected with the Constant Contact Service.
Please check the email/password on your Constant Connect website.
I have verified my Constant Contact login and it allows me to get into Contact Contact on their site.
I still need a little more assistance to connect. Thank you.
Follow up.
I have some more information that might shed light on this problem. When I click the LICENSE button, I do not see my license key entered. When I enter it, I receive: Invalid License Key.
I renewed the Download Manager plugin July 2, as states in my Purchases (this is an automatic renewal per your subscription). Can this be the problem why I cannot see the Constant Contact tab in Download -> Settings?

I would upload the screenshot here if I could. Is there a way I can send you a screenshot of what I see? I do not see a button or a tab named: Constant Contact. The plugin is installed.
Thank you that was very helpful. I still did not see how to remove the Author and About this Author section, however. It seems that is not part of any template setting.
