Hello, is there any way to ask for a refound? the plugin does not works perfectly with woocommerce, and we found some problems with the icons that cannot be solved

Hello,

No, we don’t use this add on, and our subscriptions are not related to download manager, they were already added before in our website, we use woocommerce to sell some subscriptions and user permissions.
And when we activated “Download Manager” the system seems to not recognize anymore user subscriptions that we were using before installing “Download Manager”
