Well yes there are still issues. The save button not working properly and not being able to go to user interface in the setting.
I figurered out a solution so maybe this will help someone else.
First under stettings – general for allowed file extentions I added “.exe” this did not work. Then I added “exe” again this did not work. Then I added “jpg,pdf,html,exe” and now it works. So I don’t know why added just exe didn’t work.
I just want to also point out that the save button isn’t working that well, when I click on save general settings the little wheel keeps spinning and you don’t get a notification when it’s saved. So I had to go to another page and then go back to make sure my changed were actually saved.
When I click on user interface it just brings me back to general settings so that’s not working either.

Sorry my first search on this forum didn’t came up with results but another search did. Apparently the PHP version is not high enough.
