Hi Nayeem,

correct – we have been using this for many years but with the latest upgrade it stopped working. We have roles defined in the Allow Access option but the downloads don’t show up in the “my downloads” – only the directly assigned to users – but not the ones through the roles (Allow Access option).

Does that make sense?

I still get a blank site. Might have fixed the PHP error but the Download site still remains blank. Not even the menu appears. If a download is available, everything works.

There is no log related to WPDM. Anything else I can check to get this fixed? Otherwise, I have to deactivate the custom login routine which would suck.

Then it works but it goes through the WP standard page which I want to avoid if I can. Any chance to fix that in the plugin? Looks like it comes from there as in standard it works.
