Hi Guys
this is causing a big headache
i purchased the pro version
it is implemented on the site
the site is live
but in the admin where i need to do work is incredibly slow
my admin login will not connect to my account – but a second account will connect so there is an account issue

also and not sure if it is related i get errors on the admin from your plugin which can take the admin load time up to 24 seconds

error x 2 per page load:
on each page load we get 2 x errors – both the same:
{type: “notice”, message: “Trying to get property of non-object”, file: “wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.Apply.php”, line: 898, stack: Array(7), …}

any ideas at all?

No idea if this is all linked
i have 2 x wpdownload manager accounts
from the admin i cannot connect to the account with the purchased wpdownloadmanager
but annoyingly i can with my old account
i had an issue getting my licence when i bought the product with the new account so maybe your internal settings need sorting out

with the wpdownload manager error the admin is up to 24 seconds load time!

i need some assistance please

the updates section does not work
tried different browsers
changed password etc..
tried username and email

nothing just get error
