I am using last version, 4.2.1.

The point is, it return no error. The file goes like it was successful, but when I try to download the file, it is empty. It is happening only with new files, because I already have a bunch of files uploaded before that works fine.

edit:
I can upload the same files in Media Library, but no directly to packages.
