Zip files error download

I can’t find the answer in “Free forum” and I want an answer before purchasing the pro version…

Can you tell me why I can’t upload file on my website ? Example : http://my-free-joomla-templates.com/templates/template-joomla-gratuit-darkcity3r/

I see lot of error on iOs too.

Is Zip is ok with free and pro version ?
