I have been able to add a simple htm file, but when trying to add a zip file it willnot work. It shows the upload on the bottom of the browser (chrome) but after it reaches 100% it will not show the file.
Any advices? Thanks….
Agree I have same problem with zip or 7z 🙁 Upload action is very very very long (file is about 2MB) and sometimes happens browser timeout (FF). I tested png file and it works fine.
Have the same problem with ZIP files – using pro. You say server issue – ?
So what’s the solution?
WPDM doesn’t have any file type restriction by default except the code files ( .php, .html, .js ), but sometimes server’s security settings block some files types from upload, in such case, you need to contact server hosting support to unblock the file type.
