I have Download Manager Free version 2.8.9 installed on WordPress 4.4.1 running Zerif Lite theme.
my website is www. auburnyouth .org.au

When Download Manager Free is enabled, the mobile menu when clicked drops down but then too quickly retracts. the menu items cannot be accessed as it flickers too fast. I have recorded this here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3x0m1Jt4Ck

What can be done to fix this please?

Please try this.
“Disable Style & Script” from settings
wp-admin downloads settings Misc Settings, Disable Style & Script tick box(s) save settings
