This free version was working without problem and without any changes taking place, i.e. updates etc, I now get this message: “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” when I click on the manage page.
Can the developer, or someone, help with any kind of explanation why this should happen?
Solved!
I had opened the Settings page and then clicked away without saving the “Settings”. I saved the settings and I can now enter the “Manage Page” area once again.
hi same thing happening with me, tried above. but still no luck. which setting you entered, download manager’s settings, or wp settings?
The Download Manager Settings.
Minimum User Access Level: Should be showing “Administrator” There are some other settings but at the end there is a “Save” button and a “Back” link. I had clicked on the back link.
I clicked the “Save” button and I then had access again to “Manage Page”.
