I migrated my site to another host and now my subscribers cannot download resources, even though they are logged in.

I have tried:

– Disabling plugins
– Clearing cache
– Contacting the host and debugging
– Contacting PMP Pro

No one seems to know why, so I’m asking here!

Thanks, Gemma

Hi,

Thanks, I have checked on both mobile and desktop:

– Logged in as an administrator with access, it still displays “You are not allowed to download”
– Logged in a Premium Member there is no download button at all and no error message either.

Thanks, Gemma

If you are not giving access from Package Setting > Allow Access option you should see the warning message You are not allowed to download and for not watching the Download button maybe it is your page template issue, please change page template to another I hope you should see the Download Option. Please kindly check.

Thank you

Hi,

Changing the template did not help, it’s not visible on any template.
The package options are set to allow people in user roles “Premium” and “Premium Coach”, but it is not recognising when these users are logged in.

I’m confused, as all of this worked for years and I haven’t changed anything other than the regular updates.

Thanks, Gemma
