wpdm_tree issue : no subfile displayed

Hello,

I have an issue with the wpdm_tree shortcode.
If you click on a folder (file category), no subfile appears.

You can check on the website : http://www.franchise-ribambelle.fr/librairie/
If you click on “Affiche” for example, no sub-files are displayed.
If you click on “Formule d’animation”, the subfolders are displayed but not the sub-files.

This issue occurs in Chrome, Firefox & Opera but not Safari (not tested in IE)

Can you help ?

EDIT : I have an intuition the problem might be caused because the website is not in HTTPS ?

Hi,

Looks like a package access related issue. Please check your package settings for access permissions.

Send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply if you can’t find any permission related issue.
