Hi,

We’ve been having trouble getting the Elementor page builder to work. Turning off each plugin one by one reveals that it’s the WPDM – Rest API plugin that is causing Elementor not to load. If we deactivate it then Elementor loads just fine.

Any ideas how we can solve this? Thanks guys 🙂

Hello,
Sorry to hear about the issue.
Have you tested it with wpdm rest API latest version 1.3.2 released in this month?
Could you please share the error log for the issue or any error notice which you are facing?
Thanks

Hi Tanvir, sorry for the VERY late reply. This issue is still causing a problem. We’ve updated to the latest version and still Elementor won’t load.

I’m not sure how to share error logs, can you give me a clue please.

Hello,

In maximum times, Loading issue of Elementor happens if it doesn’t meet the minimum requirements.

upload_max_filesize 264M
post_max_size 264M
max_execution_time 500
memory_limit 512M
max_input_vars 8000
max_input_time -1

Please make sure the requirements meet, then let us know if the issue persists.

Tanvir

Thank you Tanvir!

I’ll check all of those. I’ve noticed that Elementor does work on Microsoft Edge, that seems strange to me.

I’ll be back with the checks from those things you posted.
