WPDM Directory Add-on, number of sub categories to show.

I have the WPDM Directory Add-on and when i have a head category, and a sub category, but another sub category, than it won’t show that second sub category:

Category 1
>sub category
sub category 2
Category 2

Is there a way to show those categories in the drop down menu.
