WPDM Directory Add-on not displaying files - WordPress Download Manager

Hello,

I purchased the WPDM Directory Add-on and am using it with the free version of document manager. I have no issues with displaying the categories and subcategories on a page, however, the page that is supposed to contain the files once the category link is clicked comes up completely blank. How do I get the page to show all of the files as in this demo:
