How does the Access Control add-on works?
I just purchased the add-on and when I type in the user email to be given access, it loads forever without returning the user to be selected.
Can someone please explain what I a doing wrong?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of wpdm and all the addons of wpdm that you are using in your website.
Then if the issue persists, please check if php version of your website is minimum 7.4 . After that You may need to run a conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. if there are any conflicts among the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM with all addons of WPDM if you are using and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

I have tried all of the above and none work. don’t you offer technical assistance?
I am behind on schedule and I can’t seem to get it to do what I want.
If you cannot resolve my problem, I want my money back.
Every plugging I have ever purchased provided support but you guys don’t.
Buying a plugin that doesn’t work and support not being provided is a waste of money.

From your website I have found that you are using an older version of WPDM advanced access control.
Please update it to the latest version 3.2.9

I have updated the plugin and the problem is still the same. nothing changed.
