WP-Filebase Data Importer and Asset manager - not working

When I click Filebase Import, nothing happens. There is a blank screen.

The same in Asset Manager, there is a Home directory and nothing else. You can click New File or Upload File, but nothing happens.

Could you please share related url to check the issue properly?If possible please also share temporary admin access in a private reply.
You can also record issue using tool like loom.com so that I can understand it better.

Hi, have you solved the problem? I only use WP-Filebase Data Importer but I have the same problem. Blank page without being able to import any file. Can you share the solution with me? Thank you very much
