Hello there!

I’ve WP Download Manager version 3.1.28 with the latest WordPress.

I’ve noticed the wpdm-cache folder is getting quite big. I know for instance that unser Settings > Privacy there is a green button to clear the cache. In the WordPress forum, though, someone said if you press that button your site will go down…

Can you confirm it’s safe to proceed via the above mentioned button?

Hi @ufopsi,
Thank you for your query.
In our demo site, I just tested by hitting that green button and everything is working fine without any issue.
So, I think you can clear caches with that green button as well.
Let us know if you face any issues after clearing caches.
