I installed the new version and now our site is non-responsive (white screen being rendered) across all pages. If I deactivate it works but otherwise no go. Any advice on how to remedy this?

Also, when the previous version has been restored, no files show up in the manager although they’re still being served. We recently moved web hosts, I’m assuming this might be part of it but am not sure.

you theme using some code which were conflicting with wpdm pro, in your other site, you can copy functions.php from current install and place in others to adjust the issue.
Hi there. Could you share the solution for “white screen” you use in “functions.php”?. It happens the same problem (v2.7).
