I have my invoice, and my license number. But I need to download the pro version again. I cannot find anywhere in my account or outside my account a link to download it.

I don’t even know why I cannot get into the pro forum. I’m logged into the site. How do I get into the pro forum?

support and update period is 1 year after purchase. So if it is over for your order, you need to purchase again to get access to new updates and support.
