Where can I edit the password protected download page?

I created an excel document and made it password protected for download. When I tested it, I have a page open that doesn’t look anything like my website. It’s plain white and has a r/h side element that says, “About This Site”, “this may be a good place to introduce yourself and your site or include some credits”. It also has another element below that which is “Leave a Reply” below the blue download button. Which I want to remove.

I’ve exhausted myself searching for a way to edit this page, but I cannot find the template anywhere I have searched. Please could someone please explain to me where and how I can fix this? Thank you…
