Good morning,
yesterday wp signal this error:
Warning: Use of undefined constant COOKIE_DOMAIN – assumed ‘COOKIE_DOMAIN’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/isra/domains/isra-rescue.org/public_html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/src/__/Session.php on line 28

I had to deactivate the plugin from the site and the error doesn’t show up. how can i solve?

Hope you are well.
For now please add the following code in the wp-config.php file, which should solve your issue.

if ( ! defined( 'COOKIE_DOMAIN' ) ) {
		define( 'COOKIE_DOMAIN', false );
}
