“Extremely sorry for your inconvenience. Looks like it happened do to your manual renewal last year. However, I’ve refunded the last duplicated renewal fee. But couldn’t handle the one happened in the last year. However, what I can do now, is the extend your subscription for free for another year or you can get access any other add-on for free. Please let me know.”

Same for me. I was promised a 1 week extension since I paid $299 for all-access pass and i couldnt use anything in it originally so i could test out the new features and see if it was worth re-purchasing. They agreed to give me that week and ended it early before i could even download the plugin and test it just a day later.
I was told on December 18th i could get until December 26th to test and they closed it on December 19th with no warning so i just gave up and didnt feel like this company deserved my money.

There is a screenshot of the agreement your company made with me they violated. I dont need a full year i just need the WEEK i was promised to see if another $300 is deserved from me on your product. Please extend my all-access for a week so i can see if your plugin is right for my unique setup as promised.
