Video Player fast forward bar its not working

Hello,

I have a problem, the fast forward bar in video doesn’t work in chrome and edge, it works in firefox and sarafi. The problem appears when the video is protected to be downloaded or accessed by the role public.

Hello,
The video player is created with learnpress. That is not related to wpdm.
Please contact with their support for this issue.

you can login again, the player is now from wordpress. the problem remains the same. is presented when the video is protected for the public
