Video: How to stream/embed

I’ve uploaded a video using the download manager and when I hit “view” to see the public page for the download, there is no download button, no embed or anything. (included a screenshot of the relevant page)

Using this plugin, how am I actually supposed to include the video on my site?

On the homepage of wpdownloadmanager.com is says:

“Media Streaming Features
Integrated html5 players and various short-code for audio streaming!”

but there are no instruction anywhere (that I can find anyway) that explains how to do this
