Version 2.7 - Editor Button is missing - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,

i have installed version 2.7 of your plugin and since that i do not see see the button of the manager in on top of my editor anymore.

i have also tried to to use the free add-on Advanced TinyMCE button but if i enable the add-on all my editor buttons are gone 🙁

i have attached 2 screenshots

first one is of the editor with the missing button

the second one is showing the editor after activating the add-on

Advanced TinyMCE button add-pm should work fine, if possible please send me a temporary wp-admin login info, I’ll check and set it up there for you.
