I’m tried to use the password option at the actual version 2.8.2.
Bad I get always the result “undefined” (please see the attachement)
What’s going wrong at this point?

Regards freica

It’s a productive site, so please consider, I cannot send package link and Password. But I think it should be easy to reproduce the behaviour .

You may get such an issue if you any active plugin or theme cause any js conflict or generate unexpected output and it is actually not a global issue, only happening in your installation.

You are all right, I tried it successful on a clean Installation. I am using some actual plugins and an old theme from 2010.
I cannot disable the plugins and switching the Business site to another theme takes much time.
So perhaps have you any idea or a further hack for me, which could solve the Problem?

Thanks for your suggestion, but I am sorry it’s a business site, I cannot forward the credentials.
Do you have another idea how to get it work?

Regards freica
