Using DownloadManger on WordPress AWS Server

I was trying to host my WordPress website on AWS server, I have done this with the help of this guide: How to Host WordPress on Amazon Web Services. But After installing WordPress, The DownloadManager plugin is not working, when I try to activate it, nothing happens.

There may be some file permission issues. Can you share your AWS credentials with us? (including the Instance key)?
