URGENT!!! Key doesn't work

Hi,
I have purchased 2 copies of the plugin, since I have one production and one development platform. One of the licences has expired in August and second one expires in March 2018. I am waiting for approval rom the management to renew the expired one, but on both my platforms I have the message that the Trail period has expired and I need to renew/enter the key. The Key that is still valid DOESN’T work on any of my platforms. Can you please have a look and help me solve my problem…..It is very urgent especially for the production platform.
