Uploade file from other user then administrator not show in frontend

When an user with administrator roles upload the file, the file is not visible on frontend.

If I change the file user associated with file using the administrator user, the file is show in frontend.

Any idea?

As you see in the screenshot, on the frontend it is showing four files.

On the backend, you can see those four files belong to the same category. As you added that category on the shortcodes it is only showing the files that belong to that category.

Sorry, you have seen four files because I had must change the owner in backend for a demo, now I set the orignary owner to those two files and they aren’t visible on frontend.

The originary files owner

I changed the path in frontend
