I uploaded files on my server in .Z3 (3D) and I find them well when I search for them to associate them to a file unfortunately when I publish the file the file disappears and on the front it indicates me “no file” it is possible to add in download other extension than PDF, jpeg? I would like to be able to upload files of these types: Z3, dwg, mtl, obj, stp ?

However I have authorized the Z3 file type in the admin and I have this message: No file attached with this package!

When I upload a file I get this message: Invalid file type!

Maybe by switching to the PRO version?

Hello Kevin,

Thanks for contacting us.
You can set the allowed file types for Downloads > Settings > Basic

However, if the issue still persists, please share the related url of your website as well as admin access of your website in a private reply to check and inspect the issue further.

Please dont use spaces. If you remove spaces after comma(like my screenshot), I hope it will work properly.

Hello,

I think Cache is causing the issue in your website. That is the reason updates are not being applied ASAP. Please clear caches first then deactivate the cache if you are using any cache plugin. If you are not using any cache plugin, there could be enabled server cache that is causing the issue.
However, I tested the z3 upload is wokring properly in your site. Check here

Regards
Tanvir
