We took charge of a project that uses the Download Manager plugin:
Plugin Name: Download Manager
Plugin URI: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/
Author: Shaon
Version: 3.3.6

We need to update the plugin (free or pro we don’t know) to a new version, in order to keep pre-existing downloads and statistics, and working on php 8.

We can’t update it because wordpress tells us it’s already the latest version: 3.2.56 is the downloadable version, 3.3.6 is the old version what we have !!!

If we try to install the free version (3.2.56) by downloading it from your site, any pre-existing downloads is not displayed in admin page.
The structure of the plugin is totally different from what we have…

How can we do?

Thank you Nayeem.
Ok, i guess we will need the PRO version to maintain the required functionality on this site.
Before proceeding with the order of a license, we need to know:
– With PRO (Single domains) can we use it in test environments? We have: localhost, dev, preprod, production.
– Are we sure that by installing the PRO the pre-existing downloads will remain? If not, do you provide support for any database alignments?

Please let me know
Thanks

Hello Moreno Zago,

For multi-domains, we have also other licenses, that you can purchase. And for database alignments, you may have to ask custom service request. I hope you have understood.

Thank you and regards

How can we ask a custom service request?
Can we also request it for the free version?
