Upgrade All Documents Visible - WordPress Download Manager

I have just upgraded a website and now all of the downloads have become visible without logging in, I have a test site that I can show you an example of, any ideas ?

Maybe something is wrong with permission. If package settings are okay, check your category settings. Uncheck ‘All Visitors’ there if it is checked. That should fix the issue.
