updating many files (existing)

I have a client that has over 400 documents that get updated at least once a year. Sometimes a dozen or so files need to be updated at once – sometimes hundreds. I tried searching for an answer on your forum, but I am not going to BUY before I get answers – just show the answers for pre-sales questions!!!

Can we have an option to overwrite files?

I am trying to figure out if your plugin would be a good solution for my client who needs to update existing files (with new files that have new names, but are newer revisions of the same older documents).
