Updated Download Manager, now the members download section is down

After updating to the latest download manager, the members download section of our website isn’t working.
Where it used to show the downloads archive, now it just displays the code:

It used to show categories from the downloads section, so you could navigate and download whatever manual or brochure you wanted from the back end of our website

What would the issue be here?
