Update plugin for client

Hi.

My client has Download Manager installed, for many years, and their hosting company WPEngine are pushing for them to upgrade to PHP8. The plugin hasn’t been updated for a few years and the staging copy of the website won’t load in PHP8. The error log suggests Download Manager could be the culprit.

Please can you help or advise what to do next? I’m not sure if they are running the free or Pro version.

Hello Mark Gorey,

Hope you are well. please update your WPDM plugin to the latest version. I hope it will work fine then. For updating the WPDM PRO main plugin, Please simply click the Save Settings again for the license key option from Downloads > Settings > License, and then please update the plugin from the wp-admin > plugins panel.

Alternatively, You can also download them from here.
