Unable to save coupon codes - WordPress Download Manager

When every I add a new coupon code and I click the “SAVE COUPON CODE” button the view changes back to the coupons list but no coupon is created.

Coupon codes are working now. Some DB tables were missing, reactivating Premium Package plugin created those tables.
