We are unable to pay for an addon using your 2checkout payment gateway – we have tried various card numbers (Visa and Mastercard) but it tells us the card numbers are not supported. We cannot pay via Stripe as we need to add company billing details to the purchase, which we cannot do via your Stripe payment gateway.

Can you please let us know what kind of error it is showing while you have tried to pay?
If possible, please provide us with some additional screenshots so that we can check and give you a better solution.

I am unable to attach screenshots to this post, but the error is below the card number field and says ‘This type of card is incompatible’ when inputting the number, and the Visa symbol shows inside the card number field.
Also may I add, we tried paying with Paypal but upon submitting the payment form, it shows a loading symbol then throws us back with no error message.

If you have tried to complement the payment by using 2co and failed, then it appears that it’s a 2co issue as of now 2co have various payment limitation.
In this case, can you please try to pay with stripe ( credit card )?

Hi again, I am trying to pay with Stripe but cannot see where I can fill in billing details – just card information, name and an email address. We need to be able to produce a bill for VAT purposes.
