Unable to login to my account to download the purchased plugin

Hi
I purchased the pro version plugin on Nov 30th using email mohsin@2web.ca
I am unable to login to my account as the reset password option on your website is not sending any email to my email account (I have checked my spam folder as well).

I had to create another account with a different email id to post my request here. I have reached out to the support through chat and still waiting for the reply.
