Unable to downlad files : link-expired.txt

Hello,

I’ve installed the Download Manager Free version.
Purpose is very simple, give the ability to visitors to download a file with a specific password.

However, it’s impossible to doanwload the file, no password is requested.
The only thing happening is a “link-expired.txt” file downloaded.

Any reason for that ?
What can I do to solve this ?
