@pkenworthy, it doesn’t matter how many users are facing the issue, the issue is not related to wpdm. Any user facing the issue is either using an outdated theme or plugin. Please check the browser console to find the js error or try deactivating other plugins o changing the theme.

@thandiinlondon, Please post in pro forum https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ for pro version support.
Apply/Save license key again and then try auto-update, it should work fine.

I am pleased to report that the problem is now fixed. Even though the plugin diagnostic tool we downloaded did not highlight any issues/conflicts on our site, going through things we found we were using a plug-in which the authors had not updated for over a year. Deactivating it cured the problem immediately. It took a bit of time to update our website to re-instate alternative functionality to replace what the plug in was doing but at least we now have a website which is back to 100% and is using fully up to date plugins.

I having the same issues. None of the buttons work. Have disabled plugins, themes, etc. – and still none of the WPDM buttons work. Can’t upload anything. The native WordPress buttons (ie Update) – do work.
