How do I remove the auto renew on these purchases? This was never authorized. Please advise.
Please answer this question, or many of us will issue chargebacks. We DO NOT WANT AUTO RENEW!!!!
I’ve also never authorized auto-renew for my downloads – so how can I remove it?
