Tree View just Spins

Hello, When I use the short code [wpdm_tree], and test the page, open the category folder, it never opens – just shows a spinning icon next to the category. I tried to update the Extended Short-codes from 2.4.1 to v2.4.2 thinking that might fix it, but everything I download from your site turns out to be 2.4.1. Please advise?
