OP

Hi there,

thanks for this plug-in. However I have a problem using the tree view. The tree is showing correctly and it opens when one clicks on a category, revealing the file names. But when one clicks on a file name the download window does not appera and the download does not start. Instead the tree vanishes for some seconds and reappears in its closed form.

I haven’t found a solution in the forums. Are there any typical causes?

We are using a multisite installation with woo canvas theme, wpdm installed on a network base.
The table view and single download files work just fine.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Christine

disable plugin jquery-updater. Then it will work fine.

thank you for you fast response! It actually works when I remove jquery-updater, but then other plug-ins cease to work. I try to minimize the loaded jquery libraries in order to keep the site fast.
Can you tell me which latest jquery version is needed in order to make the tree view work? Maybe I can find a compromise that keeps all plugins work.
Thank you!

For any plugin to run, there shouldn’t require to add jquery from external source as wp has jquery included already. wpdm pro will work fine with integrated jQuery.

Actually there is Layerslider that has some problems with certain jquery versions, but I found a working compromise.
Thanks again for your speedy help!

I got the tree working 🙂

Wondering if it’s possible to have the directories expanded by default? or simply remove the expand / close functionality so all files are viewable by default?

Thanks,
Simon.

Is it also possible to have the tree view files link to download the file straight away rather than going to another page, then downloading?
